Group for Research into Organizational Evolution (GROE)

GROE was founded in 2009 within the University of Hertfordshire to replace the Centre for Research in Institutional Economics (CRIE), following the restructuring of research units in the Business School.

GROE undertakes empirical and theoretical research into the evolution of firms and industries, building on ideas from several disciplines and subdisciplines, including evolutionary economics and organizational ecology.

GROE involves the following members of staff:
